1) Recruitment Support
Coordinate job postings and candidate sourcing
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and assist in interview process
2) Employee Onboarding
Prepare and send offer letters and joining docs
Coordinate induction programs and training
Ensure smooth employee onboarding experience
3) HR Admin
Maintain employee records and database
Process leave requests and attendance tracking
Assist in payroll and benefits administration
4) Employee Relations
Handle employee queries and concerns
Assist in resolving workplace issues
Promote employee engagement initiatives
5) Reporting and Compliance
Generate HR reports and analystics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
