We serve a diverse set of clients including private limited companies, LLPs, trusts, and firms, ensuring end-to-end statutory compliance and audit-ready financials with precision and transparency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all post-onboarding formalities and documentation
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and files
Coordinate employee confirmation and probation reviews
Address employee HR queries after joining
Ensure policy acknowledgment and compliance
Coordinate with payroll, and admin teams
Manage end-to-end employee offboarding process
Process resignations and notice period formalities
Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports
Coordinate full & final settlement with payroll/finance
Ensure recovery of company assets
Generate relieving and experience letters
Deactivate system access and ensure data security
Maintain accurate onboarding and exit records
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
Qualifications & Skillset
Bachelor's or Master degree in related field
5 to 8 years of experience as HR
, preferably in a Corporate based company
Strong verbal and written communication in
English and Tamil
Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting
