Roles & Responsibilities

Co-ordinating continuously with the departmental head for the requirement.
Preparing job description for the vacant roles as per the requirement of departmental head.
Job posting & finding relevant candidates from different hiring platforms like Apna, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Screening the resumes of the applicants & approaching them to come for an interview.
Sharing feedbacks of selection / rejection of the interviewees.
Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
Looking after induction & orientation of new joiners.
Maintaining floor decorum.
Looking after any queries of the employees.
