Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Recruitment:



1. Update and maintain the staffing plan and job openings list on the ERP system.

2. Create job posters based on role requirements and publish them on relevant platforms.

3. Regularly update job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

4. Identify and explore new cost-effective recruitment platforms.

5. Collect and organize candidate profiles on a daily basis.

6. Conduct the first level of telephonic screening and update candidate details in the Recruitment Tracker on ERP.

7. Coordinate interviews by sending invitations and reminders to candidates shortlisted from telephonic screenings.

8. Document the candidate profiles post-interview and update their recruitment status in the ERP system.

Pre Onboarding & Employee Documentation:



9. Prepare required pre onboarding documents (Shortlisted mail, Salary Fitment, etc.) and obtain the necessary approvals and signatures before the candidate's joining.

10. Collect all required documents from the selected candidate on or before the date of joining.

11. Create and maintain personal files for all employee categories, including Head Office, Shop Floor, Project, O&M, Housekeeping, Security, and Farm Employees.

12. Update and maintain the Employee Master Data in both ERP and Excel.

13. Ensure the employee file is complete on the first day of joining.

14. Ensure the onboarding checklist is filled out and attached to the personal file.

15. Record and file any documents issued to the employee, along with incident reports or any correspondence (if any), in the employee's personal file for future reference.

Payroll:



1. Provide comprehensive support in preparing monthly salaries for all employee categories, including Head Office, Shop Floor, Project, O&M, Housekeeping, Security, and Farm Employees.

2. Ensure weekly attendance data is accurately updated and verified in the ERP system.

3. Gain working knowledge of preparing statutory payments such as Bonus, Gratuity, and other compliance-related components.

Qualification :



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline

.

1-3 years of experience

in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support (freshers with relevant internship exposure may also be considered).

Gender

: male candidate Hands-on experience with

ERP systems and MS Excel

for maintaining employee data, recruitment trackers, and payroll inputs. Working knowledge of

recruitment processes

, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation. Basic understanding of

HR compliance and statutory components

such as PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity. Strong

organizational and documentation skills

with attention to detail. Good

communication and coordination skills

for interacting with candidates, internal stakeholders, and vendors. Ability to

handle confidential employee information

with professionalism and integrity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
