Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts
Manage
employee onboarding process
, including joining formalities, documentation, induction, and policy briefing
Maintain and update
employee personal files and records
(physical and digital)
Manage
attendance, leave records, permissions, and absenteeism
, ensuring discipline and policy adherence
Implement and monitor
employee discipline, rules, and workplace conduct
Counsel employees to minimize unnecessary leaves and permissions while maintaining work-life balance
Address
employee grievances
, suggest solutions, and escalate critical issues to management
Coordinate and manage
payroll inputs
, attendance data, deductions, and final salary processing
Conduct
training, awareness sessions, and employee engagement activities
Plan and organize
employee events, team activities, celebrations, and stress-relief initiatives
Handle
employee exit processes
, including resignation formalities, clearance, documentation, and final settlement
Ensure compliance with
HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements

Administration Responsibilities
Manage
recurring office bills and payments
(rent, electricity, internet, subscriptions, etc.)
Maintain records of
physical and digital assets
, including laptops, mobiles, tools, machinery, and equipment
Track and manage
subscriptions, licenses, and renewals
Coordinate maintenance of
machineries, electronic equipment, and office infrastructure
Handle
facility management
, including office cleanliness, security, utilities, and vendor coordination
Support procurement and maintenance of office supplies and consumables
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all admin-related activities
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit
HR and Admin reports
to management on a regular basis
Provide updates on manpower status, attrition, attendance trends, and administrative costs
Act as a
single point of contact
for employee-related and office administration matters

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in

2-5 years
of experience in HR & Admin role (SME / interior / construction industry preferred)
