Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (tech, academic roles)
Screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews
Onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates
Attendance, payroll support, leave management
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Performance tracking & probation review coordination
Basic admin support and HR reporting
Requirements:
1-3 years HR experience (preferably EdTech/Training/IT)
Good communication & people skills
Knowledge of hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Strong in recruitment + HR operations
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
