Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Telecalling, and Support roles.
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction process.
Maintain employee attendance, leave management, and daily reporting.
Assist with payroll inputs and HRMS data maintenance.
Coordinate performance review cycles, appraisal documentation, and incentive records.
Handle employee queries and basic grievance support.
Coordinate training, engagement events, and internal communication.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain employee files.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS updates.
Required Skills
Any Degree (Preferred: MBA HR or HR-related specialization).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR Operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
