Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Take full ownership and accountability for closing assigned positions within the defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities in the database.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to avoid dropouts.
Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
