Hiring HR & Admin



Candidate should have complete knowledge in employment laws, recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

Manage HR administration tasks such as

Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration & Attendance Tracking

. Maintain Employee records (Preparation of Wage Sheet, Employee Bank Payments, PF/ESI compliance & issuing of IR Clearance, PF, Bonus, ESI Calculations) according to client policy and requirements. Drafting and maintaining the

Code of Conduct.

Sourcing Candidates

: Use various channels like job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates.

Interviewing and Selection

: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.

Onboarding

: Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the company, providing necessary training and resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
