Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for
political and administrative roles
-- from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with internal teams and leadership to understand manpower needs.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for various political campaign positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of recruitment experience (political, field, or mass hiring experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable handling high-volume and time-sensitive hiring requirements.
Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and basic HR documentation.
