Job Description

An HR Executive manages human resources functions by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include creating and updating HR policies, maintaining employee records, ensuring a positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with business goals to foster organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Managing the recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace, and managing conflicts and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance review systems, providing feedback, and creating development plans for employees.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employee skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administering and managing benefits programs like health insurance and retirement plans, and ensuring competitive compensation.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Creating, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports.

Strategic Planning:

Developing HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

Employee Engagement:

Planning and coordinating activities and programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
