Position: HR Retail Store

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Oversee employee induction, training, and development programs. Customer Service training and managerial Development Develop and implement HR policies to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Standard operating procedure development and implementation KRI/KPI Development and implementation Manage payroll, performance evaluations, and compliance. positive work culture and employee engagement. Handle conflict resolution and support team development initiatives.
Experience in Retail Jewelry / Retail Industry is preferred.

Requirements:

Proven 2-5 years experience as a HR relevant field.

Education : MBA, MSW(PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT) OR MHRM

Age limit : 25-40 years
