Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Support performance reviews, appraisals, and HR reporting.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Coordinate training, induction, and compliance requirements.
Assist management with HR planning and workforce requirements.
