Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, other job portals, referrals, and training institutions.
Build strong relationships with consulting centers and placement cells of colleges in and around Trichy for long-term recruitment partnerships.
Plan and implement creative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job portals to expand the talent pool.
Conduct initial screenings based on defined parameters and engage candidates through professional calls to assess suitability.
Maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates and guide them through the recruitment process until successful onboarding.
Participate in other HR functions such as onboarding, relieving, and other initiatives contributing to a positive work environment.
