We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit processes
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
Address employee queries and support grievance handling

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
