We are seeking a Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring processes and ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Schedule and manage interview processes.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with internships can apply).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
