We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-friendly
HR Executive
to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and supporting daily HR operations.
This position is ideal for freshers who want to begin their career in Human Resources, while experienced candidates can excel and take on broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal job roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and system setup.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee compliance data.
Provide HR support during US shift operations (coordination, follow-ups, workforce handling).
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate with teams and management to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
Comfortable working in
US Shift Support (Night Shift - IST)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, and documentation (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in HR/recruitment/BPO HR is a plus.
