Job Purpose
To manage complete HR operations including recruitment, employee management, performance tracking, reporting, and coordination with management.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Employee documentation, attendance, and leave management
Employee relations, discipline, and coordination
Performance tracking and appraisal support
Training coordination and HR reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
1-3 years experience in HR Operations
Experience in SME or sales-driven environment preferred
Skills Required
HR operations and recruitment knowledge
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
MS Excel, Word, and reporting skills
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
