Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding & induction of new employees.
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related queries.
Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
Support HR audits and compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive (IT industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR operations & recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/portals.
