Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and source candidates through professional networks, job portals, and social media.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule interviews with department heads.
Maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
Employee Management:
Handle day-to-day employee management tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and necessary orientation/training is provided.
Maintain employee databases and update records related to personal information, salary, leaves, and performance reviews.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning, including maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with vendors for office-related requirements.
Manage the attendance and punctuality of employees through the attendance system.
Ensure adherence to company policies and office procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
Support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks and HR-related projects.
