About the Role

We're looking for an energetic

Recruiter

who can source, screen, and onboard

freelance teachers

across grades and subjects. If you enjoy interacting with passionate educators and know how to pick the right talent--you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Source, attract, and engage freelance teachers through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional communities. Screen applicants for communication, subject expertise, and overall fit. Coordinate interviews, demos, and onboarding steps smoothly. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures. Build a strong pipeline of quality teachers for regular and urgent hiring needs. Represent the company professionally and create a great candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

BBA / MBA in HR

(preferred).

Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

(EdTech/teacher hiring experience is a plus). Excellent

communication skills

and a well-read, confident personality. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable managing volume hiring from home.

Work Setup

Work Timing:

09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Work Mode:

Remote / Work From Home

Laptop, stable Wi-Fi, quiet workspace
