Position :- HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated

HR Recruiter

to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is best suited for individuals with prior experience in recruitment or calling, who are looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Job Details

Location: Work From Home / Remote

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)

Salary: ₹7,000 - ?10,000 (fixed) + Incentives around 15,000+

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through various platforms Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-ups with applicants Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation Support timely on boarding of selected candidates Consistently meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Requirements

Minimum

3 months of calling like sales or customer support or recruitment experience

(mandatory) Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
