Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with a strong focus on
recruitment
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting broader HR functions including employee onboarding, records management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media, and company website.
Source and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.
Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Share weekly reports having updates on recruitment mentioning open and closed positions.
General HR Support
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement, and performance management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed during the recruitment and selection process.
Handle basic employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in organizing employee welfare and engagement activities.
Inspecting the outlets staffroom.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment (in-house or agency experience).
Good knowledge of recruitment practices and HR procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for [specific industries like IT, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality etc.].
Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social recruiting.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
