Assist end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, attendance& leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements .
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance evaluation processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR practices in healthcare/hospital industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare industry.
Exposure to NABH accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
