Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliances, and HR audits.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and hospitality standards.
Support training coordination and performance management processes.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience
specifically in the hospitality segment
.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance basics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
Local candidate preferred
for ease of coordination and availability.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
