As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Human Resource Executive to strengthen our team and support recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Executive will manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Maintain HR documentation, policies, and records in compliance with statutory requirements
Coordinate training and skill development programs
Handle employee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Support workforce planning and departmental hiring needs
Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
Monitor performance management systems and appraisals
Ensure compliance with factory and labor laws
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-4 years of experience in Human Resources (manufacturing or industrial background preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR software and MS Office
Positive working attitude, professional behavior, and strong work ethics
Punctual, organized, and reliable
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
