Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
Maintain and expand the database of potential candidates across various functions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Organize and support campus recruitment initiatives and job fairs.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (experience in campus hiring is a plus).
Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a rich and updated candidate database.
