This role requires someone who can balance people management with process efficiency in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
Manage performance review processes and assist in policy implementation.
Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling with empathy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
