Prepare and issue official HR documentation such as
Offer Letters
, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Conduct and facilitate the
induction and onboarding process
for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date employee records
(physical and digital) using the Human Resource Information System (
HRIS
).
Administer and manage employee benefits, including leave, attendance, and health insurance documentation.
Assist in
payroll processing
by providing accurate monthly data on attendance, leaves, deductions, and performance incentives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the
first point of contact
for all employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address and
resolve routine employee grievances and conflicts
in a fair, confidential, and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
Coordinate and support
employee engagement activities
such as team-building events, surveys, and employee welfare programs.
4. Performance Management & Training
Support the
Performance Management process
, including communicating timelines, collecting performance appraisal forms, and maintaining records.
Assist in
identifying training needs
and coordinating internal or external training and development programs for employees.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures are in
compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
(e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating changes to company policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience:
[1-3] years of proven experience as an HR Executive, or in a similar HR role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with an
HRIS/HRMS
and
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of core HR functions, best practices, and relevant labor legislation.
