Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Prepare job postings, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
2? Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and maintain employee records.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain HRMS/data systems with updated employee information.
3? Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.) with accounts/payroll team.
Manage employee queries related to salary, leave, and benefits.
4? Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and grievance handling.
Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.
Communicate HR policies and ensure adherence.
5? Performance Management
Support appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
Follow-up on KRAs, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
6? Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and audits.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling HR information.
Contribute to policy updates and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of HR experience preferred (for Executive level)
