Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure quality hiring.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Manage complete onboarding process including documentation, induction sessions, system access, and orientation.
Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization and understand company policies, culture, and expectations.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team activities, celebrations, feedback sessions, and surveys.
Promote a positive work culture and improve employee morale, satisfaction, and collaboration.
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit), and policy implementation.
Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits.
5. HRMS Software Management
Maintain and update employee data in HRMS (any HR software) including personal details, attendance, leave, and performance records.
Generate HR reports and ensure data accuracy for management review.
6. Attendance & Leave Management
Track daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate attendance data and minimize discrepancies.
7. Employee Retention & Relations
Support employee retention initiatives by understanding employee concerns and providing timely resolutions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to suggest improvement actions.
8. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, HR SOPs, and applicable labor laws.
Support audits and internal compliance checks.
9. Performance Management Support
Assist in appraisal cycles, goal-setting, KPI/KRA tracking, and feedback processes.
Support managers and employees in performance-related documentation.
