Digital Mitro is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR to join our team. We want someone comfortable developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. We require a strong background in Human Resources and we're also looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across the region.
Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates
Create a talent pool for the region
Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis.
Maintaining Trackers
Responsible for end to end Recruitment Cycle.
Requirements:
Min 0-12 months in HR Recruitment
Excellent communication skill required.
Graduation mandatory.
