Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records. The candidate must also be able to monitor employee performance, prepare monthly performance reports, and support management in improving team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, tele-interviews, scheduling). Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Conduct employee onboarding and explain HR policies. Monitor employee performance and prepare performance evaluation reports. Coordinate with Team Leaders to track productivity and target achievements. Support HR Manager in training and development programs. Maintain a positive work environment and resolve basic employee concerns.

Performance Evaluation Responsibilities (Important):



Collect daily/weekly performance data from departments. Evaluate employee productivity using set targets/KPIs. Prepare monthly performance review sheets. Assist management in identifying high performers and performance improvement needs.

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Excel/Google Sheets data handling skills (important). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Experience in HR roles is preferred; freshers with HR knowledge can apply.

Salary:

As per company norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
