Key Responsibilities:
Achieve 100% hiring targets and handle recruitment.
Conduct employee orientation and training.
Issue offer letters and appointment letters after verification.
Track attendance and maintain reports.
Process salaries and maintain payroll records.
Arrange performance meetings and appraisals.
Ensure all employee records and reports are documented confidentially.
Maintain office files, system records, and official documents.
Handle billing, stock, and office infrastructure maintenance.
Manage public relations and maintain a positive office environment.
Provide memos to employees when required.
Support team sustainability and motivate staff.
Organize and handle events enthusiastically.
Requirements:
Any graduate or relevant qualification.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.
Basic knowledge of office software and administration.
