The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and office administration. From hiring new talent to handling employee exit, the role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Main Duties:
Handle the full recruitment process - job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as offers, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
Conduct induction, onboarding, and training programs for employees.
Coordinate salary discussions and assist in payroll inputs.
Support performance evaluation and employee appraisal activities.
Implement HR policies and ensure legal and company compliance.
Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Oversee exit procedures including resignation, clearance, and exit interviews.
Manage basic administrative tasks and office coordination.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policies.
Good time management and multitasking ability.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, HR systems).
Eligibility:
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
