Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination.
Employee records management & statutory compliance.
Support training & development activities.
Employee engagement & welfare programs.
Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration.
Experience in hotels preferred.
WinHMS software knowledge preferred.
1-2 years of HR experience.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
