:
Maintain employee attendance records and leave management system
Manage payroll processing including salary calculation, overtime, and deductions
Maintain employee personnel files and databases
Handle HR documentation offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, etc.
Ensure HR policies and compliance is followed
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and recruit on-ground staff and Beauty Advisors (BAs)
Conduct interviews and coordinate with team leads for hiring needs
Handle onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new employees
Employee Management
Monitor and manage BAs and staff deployed in stores & field locations
Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, attendance issues, and HR support
Support in performance tracking and reporting
Other Responsibilities
Assist in HR MIS reports and monthly HR dashboards
Coordinate staff engagement and communication activities
Admin support as required for day-to-day HR functions
