Responsibilities
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates and share recruitment updates
Requirements
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiar with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Graduation completed
