Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR professional

to manage and support core human resource functions. This role will play a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR operations align with company goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees Maintain job descriptions and recruitment documentation

Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management

Performance & Development



Support performance appraisal processes Assist in identifying training and development needs Help implement HR policies and performance improvement plans

Policy & Compliance



Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and best practices Support audits and internal HR reviews
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-4 years of experience in an HR role (based on level) Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Experience with HR software or ATS is a plus
Preferred Skills

Experience in a tech or startup environment Familiarity with performance management systems Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
