with around 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
recruitment and selection process
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update
employee records
(attendance, leave, payroll data, etc.) accurately.
Support the implementation of
HR policies and procedures
in alignment with organizational goals.
Handle
employee engagement activities
, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Oversee
performance appraisal cycles
, ensuring timely evaluation and feedback.
Assist in the preparation and processing of
monthly payroll
and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate
training and development programs
to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Ensure smooth
offboarding and exit formalities
, including final settlements and exit interviews.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with
labor laws and company policies
