- Employee end to end Recruitment, Leave Records.
- Employee documentations & personnel file maintenance
- Talent management/talent planning.
- Employee Retention, Employee motivation, reward & recognition programs.
- Knowledge of PF / PT / ESIC / LWF/ insurance.
- Should be willing to take the initiative.
- Must be a self - starter, self - motivated individual.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and evangelising skills.
- Employment Termination or Handling Resignations
