Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within our company, including talent acquisition, employee hiring and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll management, tracking employee performance, training and development, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new employees Execute employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives Maintain accurate payroll and HR records Monitor attendance, leaves, and appraisal cycles Support performance evaluations and employee development Coordinate internal and external training programs Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws Handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Graduation in HR Management (Masters in HR preferred) Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry Strong HR process knowledge and recruitment experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with HRMS tools, payroll software, and HR documentation
