About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and people-focused
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination for
Shadow Teachers, School Counselors, and Therapy Professionals
. The role is critical in ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding to support school-based mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit Shadow Teachers, Counselors, Therapists, and Support Staff
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding
Maintain candidate database and staffing records
Handle school deployment coordination and documentation
Support basic HR operations (attendance, contracts, compliance)
Requirements:
1+ year experience in recruitment or HR (education/mental health sector preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle high-volume hiring
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
