1. Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with the Consultants, Internal departments and Candidates
2. Maintaining recruitment database
3. Filing the documents
4. Preparing Offer Letters
5. Create and update job descriptions to attract candidates
6. Conduct interviews by phone, video, or in person
7. Work with managers to identify future hiring needs
