The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and performance management, while supporting leadership in driving employee productivity and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding and off-boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operations, and field roles
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct interviews and issue offer and appointment letters
Handle onboarding, induction, joining formalities and off-boarding.
Ensure hiring TAT and quality benchmarks are met
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records
Manage confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
Performance Management
Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
Coordinate goal setting (KPIs/KRAs) with department heads
Track performance review cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Support performance appraisals, increments, and promotions
Identify low performers and manage PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans)
Generate performance MIS and analytics for management review
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as first-level HR SPOC for employee queries and grievances
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Compliance & Reporting
Coordinate audits and maintain statutory compliance documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly HR & performance MIS reports
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Guide junior HR executives or recruiters
Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Admin teams
Support the HR Manager in HR process improvements and automation
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and performance management
Experience with KPI/KRA frameworks and PMS tools
Exposure to volume hiring (drivers/field staff preferred)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting dashboards
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate /MBA in HR or related discipline
3-5 years of HR experience with exposure to performance management
Experience in transport, logistics, mobility, or service industry preferred
