Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment
Source, screen, and coordinate with candidates through various portals
Partner with consultants and close positions within defined timelines
Handle background checks, offer negotiations, and HR admin activities

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Proficient with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and listening skills
Graduates or result-awaited candidates can apply
