Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions such as:
Sales Executives / Relationship Managers
Channel Partner Coordinators
Telecallers
Admin & Loan Department Staff
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and appointment letters
Conduct employee onboarding and induction
Maintain employee files and documentation
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain attendance, leave records, and daily manpower reports
Implement and manage HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct)
Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Coordinate with admin team for office discipline and smooth operations
3. Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate salary processing with accounts team
Manage incentives, commissions, and sales-based payout structures
Maintain payroll records, salary slips, and increments
Support probation confirmation and appraisal processes
4. Performance Management
Track employee performance, especially sales team KPIs
Assist management in setting targets and evaluation criteria
Prepare appraisal reports and employee performance reviews
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan employee engagement activities (festivals, events, team-building)
Promote a positive and motivating work environment
Handle employee grievances and retention strategies
6. Compliance & HR Reporting
Ensure basic statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, if applicable)
Maintain HR MIS reports and manpower planning
Ensure adherence to company rules and real estate industry practices
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR processes in sales-driven environments
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
Basic knowledge of payroll, incentives, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Graduation in any stream (HR background preferred)
Experience
1-5 years of HR experience (Real Estate / Sales industry preferred)
Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
