The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, leave & attendance, and HR operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with HODs.
Release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and update HRMS on a real-time basis.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with departments for corrections.
Assist in preparing payroll inputs and verifying monthly attendance.
Ensure timely issuance of letters: confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, etc.
Support exit formalities and coordinate the Full & Final settlement process.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support grievance handling and escalate issues when required.
Promote positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies.
Maintain statutory registers and documentation as required.
Assist in audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
5. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timelines are met.
Maintain appraisal documents and support managers with required data.
6. HR Reporting
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers.
Provide HR analytics and data support to management as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRMS preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving attitude and a customer-service mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR roles (freshers with HR internships may also be considered).
Experience in hospitality or service industry will be an added advantage.
