ARK Reza Kabul Architects is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage and streamline the firm's human resources operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and have strong communication skills, with prior experience handling HR responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and oversee attendance and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure HR compliance
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace queries
Support performance evaluation cycles and appraisals
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Ensure alignment with company policies and HR standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in HR roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in architecture, design, or creative industries (preferred)
