Issue offer letters and manage complete joining formalities.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Create and maintain the employee database and HR documents.
Manage attendance, leave, discipline, and payroll coordination.
Draft HR letters, contracts, and maintain all employee files.
3. Setting Up HR Systems & Policies
Establish HR processes, SOPs, and policies for the organisation.
Implement attendance system, onboarding systems, leave policy, etc.
Build structured performance evaluation frameworks and KRAs/KPIs.
4. Performance & Compliance
Support monthly performance reviews and track improvements.
Handle PF/ESIC/PT and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with Daman factory supervisors for worker records.
5. Employee Relations & Culture
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Promote a disciplined, positive, and organised work culture.
Drive basic engagement and communication initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; HR specialization preferred.
2-4 years of HR experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
Willingness to travel to Daman as needed.
